(other than lost keys, which is the tenant’s responsibility for being locked out).
In case of an emergency such as a burst water main or major roof leak during the late/early hours of the day we ask that you contact one of the following;
State Emergency Service: 13 25 00
Water Corporation: 13 13 75
Should you experience a break-in during the late/early hours of the day, please report to the Police immediately. If a window was broken to gain access, you may organise the repair immediately following Police instructions.
It would then be appreciated if you could contact our office during business hours and advise of the Police Report Number.

This is NOT for hot water systems which are not carried on a weekend. If the job is booked in and could have been conducted during business hours, you will be responsible for the after hours service fee (normally around $250).
